Yesterday, July 25, 2009 me and all my friends got on a party bus and went to fontana for my bestfriend Nayali's 16th birthday. There's a funny story behind this. She thought we were going out to dinner at Bennihanna's. I even lied and told her me and three other of my friends didnt have a ride, and she had me call her mom and see if she would pick me up. We really got her. So around 5 in the afternoon we pulled up in front of her house and she came out and on to the party bus. Only if everyone could've seen her face, she was so shocked. She looked so beautiful and overall it was a very fun night. We got back to L.A. around 1:30 in the morning. Here are a couple of pictures. I hope you enjoy!(:

Bree Fashionista?

This probably should have been the first thing written on my blog, how i got the name Bree Fashionista. My first name is Bria, but alot of my friends and family call me Bree, and i saw the word Fashionista one day on myspace, right then and there I already knew what it meant. A Fashionista is a very fashionable person, or one who works in the fashion industry. I don't work in the fashion industry YET, but one day i hope to fulfill my dreams of becoming a fashion designer and maybe starting my own company. Live for you! <3

So basically, i came up with the topic "live for you" due to this movie i saw today. It reminded me that you never know what's coming or when it is coming, whatever IT is. You know what I mean? All human beings should live for themselves and do what they love to do because when times up, you'll wish you'd did whatever it is that you love to do. Never let anyone tell you that you can't. Its funny that I say that, well its funny that alot of people say that. Mostly people who've made it in a big industry whether its rapping, singing, creating your own fashion line have made that same statement. It's so darn true though. Its always the ones who strive that make it, the ones who let their past lead them in a postive direction. Overall, all I'm trying to say is live, dream big, hope and pray for the best, because life is precious.

My first blog post! :]

Okay so what topic or particular issue has been on my mind all day? Hmmm let me brainstorm. Alright, alright i got it. Well the real issue that popped in my head is kind of personal and embarrassing somewhat, so I'll just go with this. Its been awhile now but I've made this commitment to read 7 or 8 Bible verses a night and its definintly paying off. For the last couple of days I've been hearing people around me -mainly family members, talk about the book of Exodus. That's the exact book of the Bible I'm on right now, and it feels great to hear things like this and actually know what they're talking about. Those particular moments in my life are what motivate me to keep reading about the most important things ever written since 108367376 B.C. Haha seriously. Anyways, that's all for now fokes, sorry I don't have time to go into details. I hope you continue to read about the journeys in my life.
